With the national real estate market in transition the Lake Norman Real Estate market is still one of the strongest in the country. If fact the Charlotte / Lake Norman real estate market ranked a close second behind Seattle, Washington in a recent USA Today article that ranked increases in home value from June ‘06 to June ‘07. Only five areas in the United States gained home value in that time period and the Charlotte / Lake Norman real estate market was one of them.
