Do to the large number of people searching for this gem of a community in Denver, NC I decided to post some direction and a Goggle Map but 1st here is a little information about it.
Cobblestone is a small upscale enclave / community that features 3 builders including Mid-Atlantic Custom Builders who built the majority of homes in the ever popular Walden Ridge Community in Mooresville. Homes are currently being built with a French Country and Transitional look and will range between 4000 and 7000 square feet.
Just minutes from the lake and the new route 16, Cobblestone will soon become a popular location for prospects looking for a small upscale community on the south side of the lake. Currently Cobblestone is about a 35 minute drive to Charlotte but will be somewhere around a 25 to 30 minute drive once the new route 16 is complete in a year or so. The Denver area is one of the hottest areas of development in the Lake Norman area.
Cobblestone homes are full brick, stucco or a combination of both. They are being built on large one acre lots and will range from the high $5oo’s to the $700’s.
Directions:
From Charlotte take Hwy. 16 North to Denver. Turn Right on Campground Road. Turn Left on Catawba Burris Road. Cobblestone will be on your Right (just past the first entrance of Pebble Bay Phase IV). From Mooresville, take Hwy. 150 West. Turn Left on Slanting Bridge Road. Slanting Bridge Road becomes Campground Road. Turn Right on Catawba Burris Road. Cobblestone will be on your right.
